Throughly enjoyed reading this book. Well written and factual.

This case always interested me, like many New Zealanders, so when I chanced upon an excerpt from this novel in North and South magazine in my mechanics waiting room, I knew I had to get my hands on a copy. I had it read in 24 hours and found it (although clearly "camp MacDonald") very well written and clearly explains why the jury came to the conclusion that they did. A very tragic situation for all involved, but a fantastic book to read if you were interested in the case and may well just change your mind about the key people involved. Well researched and detailed, although the Guys weren't approached to comment, so it is unclear whether their side of the story is accurately represented.

Very interesting read. Logical and easy to follow, and gives you pause for thought. Anyone interested in this case would be recommended to read this book and see if it changes or confirms your mind.
