This book has definitely changed my mindset on labour and birth! I’m 39 weeks pregnant and looking forward to giving birth, how crazy is that!? The tools and resources I’ve gathered from just reading a book are awesome. Such a good read and prepared me to have the positive birth that I’ve always wanted.
